The Close Protection Specialist Mantos International Inc. employs only the finest and highly qualified individuals anywhere. We recruit people from all backgrounds and experiences. We have male and female specialists. We have people who can speak a variety of languages, from English to French to Spanish to a number of dialects. Our "Platinum Team" is composed of operatives with at least 20 years of experience in providing protective services. Our protection operatives are trained, experienced and capable of working in any setting, be it for the Wall Street Financial VIPs to the Palm Beach gathering of who's who. They will dress to blend with your setting, whether for the Black Tie Gala to the Palm Beach Casual affair to the Fortune 500 corporate environment. They are trained to be as low or high profile as the situation requires. Our operatives have protected corporate executives, state and federal officials, foreign dignitaries, royalty, as well as entertainment stars. We have provided protection for some of the largest financial institutions in the world. We are high threat level specialists. Our operatives are physically fit as they must endure 12-20 hour days on their feet in all climates. They must be mentally fit to focus and continuously process their observations and respond to any given situation at any moment. One must also understand that the instincts that are required to be an effective protection specialists are not at all the same as those needed in those experiences. For example the law enforcement officer is trained to instinctively go after and catch the bad guy. That is not at all the work of a protection specialist, in fact it is just the opposite. The protection detail's primary concern is to keep the principal safe and alive, not fight or apprehend anyone. Intelligence It takes intelligence to research, prepare, and plan for all foreseeable contingencies. This is even more so true for those who come to us with Secret Service experience, as most private protection details are not afforded near the unlimited resources of those given to those who once protected the president of the United States. So we must work smarter.
