Our standards are the highest in the industry in the state of Florida: You must meet the following Minimum Standards in order to be considered for employment: (1)   Federal, State or Local Law Enforcement Experience (Applicable Certificate)              -or-         Military Experience (DD214)              -or-         4 Year College Degree (Degree/Transcripts Required)              -or-         EMT / Firefighter Certificate (2)   Florida Licensed Private Investigator (Class C or CC) (3)   Florida Statewide Firearms G License (4)   Have attended or willing to attend at least 24 hours of executive protection /         body guarding specific basic training (5)   Willing to participate in a minimum of 24 hours per year of continuing education.             (Executive protection related, use of force training, crisis management,              firearms training & certification, tactical shooting, EP Driver Training,              OC Certification, CPR, First Aid, etc)  (6)   Physical Exam by a qualified medical physician indicating you are in condition for our position. (7)   Pass a physical fitness test. (8)   Current FDLE background check. (9)   Firearms skills:    Shoot "expert" rating with pistol. (10) Equipment:   Body armor required.
