Mantos Protection Specialists:

In order to assure confidentiality of our clients, it is important to keep
a high degree of anonymnity of our personnel.
Our team and includes:
Former Law Enforcement - One team member employed by Mantos is a former police officer from Texas and ex-bodyguard to a middle eastern Sultan with over 20 years of protective services experience. Another Mantos protection specialist served as bodyguard to an Arabian Prince. Other associates include a former NYC homicide detective, former Brooklyn Police Officer, former DEA and Secret Service agents, as well as former deputy sheriff 's officers.
Former US Military - Several of our specialists have military experience and even combat exerience. One team member served in action in Panama, Grenada, and Dessert Storm. Fully recovered, he received the purple heart for stab wounds received in hand to hand combat.
Special Close Protection Training - Regardless of background, all of our close protection specialists have attended a specialized Executive Protection Training School and participate in continuous traning activities.

Female Protection Specialists - We feel an essential and equally valuable part of our team are the female protection specialists. Females are just as capable of protecting the principal and have some distinct advantages. First, they are often less noticeable. When protecting female clients or the families of male clients, there is often a wife and children to protect as well. Simply stated there are places like restrooms in airports where obviously male personnel cannot go and only a female operative can offer the protection that is needed.
Security Drivers - Several of our team members have been trained in security and evasive driving techniques from federal law enforcement or private sources.
SWAT - Some of our team have received Special Weapons And Tactics training either from their law enforcement days or via civilian training.
Close Engagement Combat - All of our team members have received close engagement combat training. We assemble periodically to practice or update our skills in hand to hand engagement or hand to gun or knife encounters.
Terrorism Training - Our team members recieved special training in terrorism awareness. Special training is given in the area of dealing with bomb threats, suspicious packages or other mailings, as well as chemical and biological considerations.
Higher Education - Several of our protection specialists have college and graduate degrees. Our President and CEO has a Master's degree. He specialization is in psychology, sociology and human behavior. Understanding people and what makes them tick is key to providing quality protective services.
Languages - In addition to English, we have protection specialists that are fluent in Spanish. We one specialist who has a working ability to communicate in Arabic and is very familiar with Arabic and middle eastern customs. Several of our operatives have worked in the Middle East.
